Do I need to book an appointment?

We offer all our brides a one-to-one consultation and are open by appointment only. This ensures every bride gets the best level of service.

When should I start looking for my wedding dress?

We suggest a year to 18 months before your wedding date. Most wedding dresses take approximately 6 months to be delivered, so to allow plenty of time for fittings, you should be placing your order at least 9 months prior to your planned wedding date.

Will you store my dress?

We are happy to store your dress until you have your first fitting with the seamstress. Once your fittings are complete, we will store your dress until the week of your wedding. There is a one off charge of £10 for storing your dress. We will steam your wedding dress ready for collection the week of your wedding.

What sizes are your samples?

Our sample wedding dresses are in sizes 8 – 28. Looking for your wedding dress is unlike shopping on the high street. Please bear in mind we only have each dress in one size.

What will a bridal gown cost?

The prices of our wedding dresses that have to be ordered in vary between £899 and £2,995. We will always ask you about your budget at the start of your appointment.

Alternatively, we have a selection of ‘off the peg dresses’ in our Bridal Outlet Suite, which start from £399.
What do alterations cost?

As the seamstresses are self-employed we do not have a set fee list for their charges. The cost depends on the amount of alterations that are required, but as a guide you should allow between £150-£350. The seamstress will provide you with a quotation at or shortly after your first fitting.

Can I get a dress at short notice?

We have a selection of wedding dresses in our Bridal Outlet Suite that are available to buy off the peg at a discounted price. Shop samples can also be altered to fit either way within 2 sizes.

Some of our designers offer a fast delivery service but the designers charge an additional fee for this.

Do you have parking?

We have plenty of FREE parking right outside our boutique. There is never a shortage of spaces!

What should I bring to my appointment?

It would be a good idea to go looking for your dream dress with someone who will give you honest feedback. We have the space for you to bring 3 friends (or just your mum). Always remember, the most important opinion is yours!

Unfortunately, we would ask that young children and babies are not brought with you to your appointment.
