Donna was warm welcoming and upbeat from the moment we arrived. Having a chat to get to know me a little and offering us drinks. The range of dresses she has is amazing! All so beautiful for so many reasons! Trying on was a dream, no rush no pressure. Lots of honest advice and compliments and gentle smiles in the emotional moments. The ladies are super welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have an on-site tailor who will help fit your dress. They are truly experts who know their entire catalogue and can make recommendations based on your likes and dislikes. If you like a dress that they don’t have in stock they can arrange quick delivery. They can even at times make a bespoke dress combining 2 different styles that you like. Every need is catered for, and in such a warm and wonderful way. I had a lovely experience with them 🙂

I would recommend Rose’s Bridal Boutique to everyone! We had a fantastic experience and were made to feel very welcome. Donna and Sophie are extremely skilled and have an incredible eye for what will suit different figures. I was made to feel very special and my budget was respected in a subtle way so we weren’t having to talk about the cost of things but they made sure everything came in to what I could afford. I visited 3 bridal shops and this was by far the best! Donna was so lovely suggesting dresses to try, as an anxious bride who has no idea what suits my body type she was so kind and helpful. The boutique is so pretty and inviting, much more intimate feel then the larger stores around. Amazing prices! Found my perfect dress. Oh my word, after 2 less than brilliant experiences at mainstream bridal shops we were welcomed in by Donna and Sophie. From the first laugh we were put at our ease and then had the best time choosing our dresses. Took both my dresses here to be cleaned after my wedding and I cannot believe the magic they worked to get both dresses looking absolutely perfect again. Both those dresses got grubby and stained and they are absolutely immaculate and have been boxed up and presented perfectly. Great communication before during and after and absolutely lovely ladies. I found my dress immediately with Donna and Sophie and their care and attention after was brilliant. Fittings were easy (and fun!) and my dress is now being cleaned and boxed up.

Although I didn’t buy my dress from this shop they were able to steam my dress, veil and underskirt on short notice and to a very high standard. The seamstress also completed a few small alterations she noted were needed, such as strengthening the bustle, at no extra charge. Definitely recommended.
